Brain Console

Your team already uses AI. None of it knows your business – yet.

Brain Console is the business brain every employee carries into every conversation – answering in your voice, from your knowledge, with the sources attached.

01/the problem

Everyone’s asking the same stranger.

Picture four in the afternoon. Someone on your team is about to reply to one of your best clients, and the answer matters. You’re not there. So they do what everyone does now: they open ChatGPT, and they ask a stranger.

  • 01
    The off-brand reply.

A confident answer that makes your business look smaller than it is. The client noticed.

  • 02
    The six-month ramp.

Your new hire takes half a year to sound like you. Half a year of hedged answers and missed signals.

  • 03
    The knowledge that walked out.

Someone went on leave, changed roles, or moved on. The context they carried went with them.

  • 04
    The reset loop.

Nothing compounds. Everyone solves the same problem from scratch, every time, forever.

If it all still runs through you, your business is only as big as your own availability.

02/the stranger

A confident stranger.

Fluent. Confident. Specifically wrong.

> What's our position on discounting for repeat clients?

Offering discounts to repeat clients can help build loyalty and encourage long-term relationships. A common approach is to offer 10–15% off for returning customers, or create a tiered loyalty programme. You might also consider volume discounts or referral bonuses. The key is balancing client retention with healthy margins – every business has a slightly different sweet spot. I'd recommend reviewing what competitors in your market are doing before committing to a policy.

> What's our position on discounting for repeat clients?

We don't discount on principal. Our pricing reflects the outcome, not the hours. Repeat clients get priority scheduling and the institutional knowledge that comes with it – we know their sites, their standards, and their decision-makers. That's the value, and we price it accordingly. If a client is pushing on price, the conversation is about scope, not rate.

The stranger guessed. This one read your actual playbook and showed its working.

03/brain console

Your business, answering as itself.

Not a wiki – those rot because nobody maintains them. Not a stranger – it has met your business.

Teach it once.

You curate a brain in a plain editor: your voice, services, clients, how things get done. If you can write a doc, you can do this.

# Pricing
Our standard management fee is 8.5% of gross weekly rent.
That covers rent collection, routine inspections every four
months, and monthly owner statements.

# Voice
Direct and factual. No upselling. Respond within 24 hours.
If we don't know, we say so.

# What we won't do
We don't discount on principal. We don't take on
more than we can manage well. We don't make promises
we can't keep.

From then on, it speaks for you.

Anyone on your team asks anything, and it answers from your knowledge, in your voice, with the sources attached.

Not a summary. Not a guess. The actual answer, from the actual page you wrote, in the voice you trained it on – with a citation so your team knows exactly where it came from.

Authored

The owner writes the brain – not a crawler indexing whatever it finds.

Governed

Every answer is cited, versioned, and approval-gated before anything acts.

Active

It acts in your tools – drafts, follow-ups, updates – with your approval.

04/how it works

Three steps. No onboarding call required.

01

Write your brain.

Curate your knowledge in a plain editor – your voice, pricing, services, client context, how things get done. No technical skills required.

02

It indexes by meaning.

Not by keyword. The system understands what each piece of knowledge is about, so it finds the right page even when the wording differs.

03

Every answer cites.

When your team asks anything, the relevant pages get pulled and the answer shows which ones. Your team sees the source, not just the output.

The model isn’t remembering your business – it’s reading the right page of it, every time.

05/connects to your tools

Answers are step one. It works inside your tools.

It doesn’t just answer – it drafts the reply, logs the follow-up, updates the record. Every action waits for your explicit yes. And it’s built to reach into the tools your business already runs on.

06/trust

Your data. Isolated. Private. Cited.

Every answer cites its source.

Your team sees exactly which brain file produced each answer. No mystery, no hallucination accepted on faith.

`clients/policy.md`

Approval before any action.

Brain Console drafts. You decide what gets sent. Nothing acts on behalf of your business without your sign-off.

Database-level isolation.

Your knowledge is separated at the infrastructure level. No other business can reach your data – not through the UI, not through the API.

You own your knowledge.

Your brain files are yours. We don't train on them, mix them, or sell them. Export any time, leave any time.

07/your industry

Same product. Your business in it.

Brain Console doesn’t know your industry out of the box. It knows yours because you taught it.

Real estate

Every listing, vendor and buyer history at hand.

Ask what you offered the Marlowe Road property last autumn, and it knows. Ask who you spoke to about the riverside development, and it names them. Every conversation, valued before it's forgotten.

Engineering

Specs, standards and past project decisions recalled instantly.

From project handover notes to supplier correspondence, your project memory is searchable the moment a new engineer joins the team.

Logistics

Client SLAs, carrier intel and your exception playbooks ready when something goes sideways.

When a shipment is 36 hours late and your client's operations lead is calling, you want the last six months of account history in the first sentence – not a promise to follow up.
